Lacoste

Lacoste, a French brand, specializes in the production of clothing and accessories. The brand was founded in 1933 by René Lacoste. One of the most renowned tennis players of his era, Lacoste achieved the distinction of being the first non-American to secure victory in the Davis Cup tennis tournament. Rene Lacoste pioneered the creation of today's Lacoste Polo Shirt by devising a design that not only mitigates perspiration but also facilitates unrestricted movement, particularly during tennis matches. By positioning the crocodile emblem on the left side of the t-shirt, Lacoste became the first brand globally to incorporate such a symbol prominently on the exterior of a garment. The Azerbaijani representative of the brand is NOVCO GROUP OF COMPANIES.
