"April 12 - World Aviation and Cosmonautics Day" at "Tusi-Bohm Planetarium"
On April 12, 2023, a series of events commemorating "April 12 - World Aviation and Cosmonautics Day" took place at the "Tusi-Bohm Planetarium," with the valued organizational support of "Park Bulvar" shopping mall.
The event commenced with a warm welcome from Famil Mustafa, the director of "Tusi-Bohm Planetarium," who provided the attendees with comprehensive insights into the planetarium's history and its various initiatives.
The events saw the participation of 120 students from Baku's Secondary School No. 20, children under the care of the "Jigir" Public Union, and students from the "Sabah" groups at the Architecture and Construction University. They received in-depth information about "April 12 - World Aviation and Cosmonautics Day" from young scientists at the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory, who also fielded and answered questions from the participants.
It is worth noting that the event was collaboratively organized by "Tusi-Bohm Planetarium," the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasraddin Tusi, and "Azerkosmos" OJSC.
